We take pride in offering handmade natural stone, marble, brass, glass, and ceramic home décor products. As each item is handcrafted, slight variations in color, pattern, size, and texture are natural and make every piece unique.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our mistake or a damaged/incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
